Serving California, Federal/State/Military/Tribal, and Palisades/Eaton/Malibu Fire Zones
We are Southern California MBE/DBE General Engineering contractors licensed for work in all hazardous environments in both a commercial and residential setting. We are the ONLY company licensed for all comprehensive solutions for all HAZMAT, Biohazard, labor, and transport services at all levels, be it Public Works, Federal/Tribal, police/DEA, commercial or residential.
We were among the first contractors on the ground for the Pacific Palisades/Eaton Fire disaster cleanups and fire debris removal. We were the first to provide EPA Phase 2 Clearance equivalency for permitted HAZMAT clearance, Asbestos cleanups, and certified HAZMAT disposal. We were the chief environmental samplers for Eaton Canyon after the 2025 Eaton Fire disaster.
Mayfield Environmental Solutions specializes in wildfire disaster response, fire recovery, and the abatement of soot, ash, carcinogen mitigation, and fire debris removal. This includes FIRESCAPING — a combination of preventatives to mitigate future wildfire “fuel” including weed abatement, tractor mowing, disking, tree removal, hazard tree removal, stump grinding, tree trimming, landscaping, stormwater management, erosion protection, BMP installations, terracing and rough grading, and land clearing.
Unlike our landscaping competitors who focus on weedwacking and use itinerant labor, Mayfield has the HAZMAT licensing, stormwater management licenses, and fire science and chemistry expertise to implement the more comprehensive solution to California’s ongoing wildfire disasters. And unlike our competitors, all our laborers are 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER-certified and trained and fit-tested for respiratory protection to work in acutely toxic burn zones filled with heavy metals, ash, and lead.
And unlike our landscaping competitors, we do our own soil sampling, air/dust monitoring for combustion byproducts in all their forms, contaminated soil stabilization and removal, and stormwater management with our QSD/QSP/SWPPP licenses to maintain healthy Watersheds and Green Infrastructure (GI) design.
