In California, ANY Construction over 1 square acre MUST apply for an NPDES Permit through the Water Board to maintain compliance with the Construction General Permit (CGP). This permit and a SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) must be written by a QSD (Qualified SWPPP Developer) like ours. Your site must be inspected regularly by a QSP Inspector like ours.
In California, ANY industry or manufacturer MUST apply for an NPDES Permit through the Water Board for Industrial General Permit (IGP) Compliance and must be inspected regularly by a QISP (Industrial SWPPP) Inspector like ours.
Most QSDs/Developers disappear or don’t answer the phone after the job starts. We promise you our QSDs/QSPs will be available from start to finish.
